Strategic Partners Finance Analyst

Job Description:

Strategic Partners is looking for a motivated, focused, and organized individual to work with the Operations team on a number of detailed and time sensitive tasks. This role will collaborate with the Front Office, Finance, Tax, and Legal and Compliance teams. Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Coordinating Limited Partner requests including:Details on fees and expensesPrepare reports showing portfolio company informationTax informationLimited Partner audit confirmations
  • Preparing portfolio company information for senior management
  • Reviewing portfolio holdings for Legal and Compliance group
  • Uploading and reviewing communications/reporting on investor portal
  • Mail merging / Creating and/or proofing memos, invoices, and letters
  • Assisting Tax team in filing returns
  • Coordinating tailored quarterly reporting to select Limited Partners
