Are you looking to deliver Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) solutions for a Fortune 200 company? Do you have experience building architectural solutions for Product Development organizations? If so, then we have an opportunity for you to explore. We are currently seeking a PLM Business Analyst to join our Information Services department in Richmond, VA.

What will you be doing?

? You will design, implement, and provide technical support of systems that support the Product Development business area following the system Development Lifecycle and industry standard methodologies.
? You'll work within project teams and client organizations to understand business needs and define technical solutions
? You will work with process owners to implement changes and document improvements
? You will communicate complex technical information to business customers and project teams in an effective and concise manner
? You will need to work effectively with key partners to define and implement solutions that work with enterprise systems (i.e., SAP, Manufacturing Execution Systems, etc.)
? You will perform root cause analysis and make recommendations for the remediation of system issues
? You will manage and collaborate with support and development vendors

What does your background and experience look like?

? You have a bachelor?s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or related discipline
? You should have experience designing, developing, and implementing custom technical solutions for the Product Development function (including 3+ years of experience with .NET and familiarity with SAP)
? We prefer you have experience in a Consumer–Packaged Goods Company that is regulated by the Food and Drug Administration
? You have 5+ years in technology consulting, working with enterprise and solutions architecture and architectural frameworks
? You possess strong verbal and written communication, negotiation and interpersonal interaction skill
