This Accountant role is in the Legal Entity Controllers team
within Corporate Accounting, and is responsible in part for the overall
financial management of affiliate entities. In this role, you will work with
business partners in the Bank, Holding Company, Head Office, and Affiliates to
ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, company policies and
procedures, and generally accepted accounting principles.

  • Prepare request for
    information (RFI) for submission to Regulatory Reporting, SEC Reporting,
    and Head Office Reporting teams
  • Prepare and/or review
    monthly General Ledger certifications
  • Assist in close process
    for the Holding Company and various banking and non–banking subsidiaries
  • Process entries with the
    applicable affiliate codes
  • Review monthly entries
    from the transfer pricing group
  • Prepare financial
    documents for identified subsidiaries and affiliates
  • Prepare, review, and
    update procedures
Prepare reconciliations related to investment in subsidiaries and
revenue recognition


  • Undergraduate degree in Accounting/Finance.
  • You have a minimum of 3–5
    years related experience
  • You have relevant
    experience at a financial institution
  • You are a self–starter, an
    excellent communicator, and thrive in dynamic environments
  • You are proficient in all
    Windows applications
  • PeopleSoft General Ledger
    and/or Oracle R12 experience highly preferred
  • You have a reputation for
    integrity, accuracy, and consistency
