Provide financial analysis and financial planning for various functions. The role provides financial visibility to anticipate any risk and opportunities within functional base cost areas.

– Support the CFO in consolidating the budgets for all the entities in the group, forecasting, and ad hoc financial/operational analysis related to base cost management, headcount control, and operational performance
– Assist with the budget process including: creating budget templates, creating and maintaining budget roll–up files, preparing budget deliverables
– Perform monthly review of results and provide analysis of budget vs. actuals (BVA) and forecasted expectations for functional leaders
– Support CFO in the preparation of Investors call and presentations to members of the Executive Leadership Team for business reviews as well as forecast and budget review meetings
– Assist in development and maintain KPIs including but not limited to synergy targets
– Analyze commercial contracts from Business angle and compiling notes and concise Executive summary
– Routinely analyzes, communicates and handle confidential and sensitive information regarding M&A, restructuring plans, spending cuts, etc. Provides timely and clear communication of the spending impact of total company decisions. Observes and shares observations regarding areas in which the various business units can increase revenue / reduce expenses utilizing trend data, comparative analyses.
– Special projects and ad–hoc analyses (Government, Insurance, due diligence M&A requirements, etc)
– Work closely with the senior leadership team to take issues off the plate of the CEO/President, resolving concerns and challenges and capitalizing on opportunities
Track and keep the CFO and members of the extended leadership team apprised of progress on key priorities
– Prepare content, presentations and follow up to be used by the CFO for internal and external meetings
– Support adhoc requests as required by management

– BS/BA in Finance or Accounting, with certification such as CPA, CMA.
– 2+ years overall finance experience
– Budgeting and financial analysis experience preferred
– Strong organizational, leadership, analytical and problem–solving skills
Effective written and verbal communication skills with a strong ability to build relationships
