Senior Staff Accounting and Finance Manager with Sox Compliance and Financial Planning & Analysis Experience ArcTouch is looking for an exceptional staff accountant and financial analyst to join our team in Florianópolis, Brazil, or New York, NY. ArcTouch is a mobile app development agency, and is part of Grey, a WPP company.We are looking for an individual to perform the following: Financial Planning (budgets, quarterly forecasts, proformas, business plans, etc.) Financial Analysis (risk analysis, opportunity analysis, variances, AR aging, working capital analysis, etc.) Accounting (preparation of schedules, closing journal entries, reporting packages, etc.) Risk and compliance (GAAP compliance, SOX compliance, audits, etc.) Strategy (growth initiatives, expense management, controller policies, approval policies, etc.) This person will interface with our parent company's finance teams at Grey and WPP in New York, together with our own finance and accounting team members in Florianoópolis and San Francisco, and report to our CFO in San Francisco, as one of the senior–most finance team members. ???Experience and Requirements: A financial executive with at least 10 years of finance experience Experience working with a division of a multinational public company with strict reporting requirements and financial rollups, in the accounting and finance areas Experience working with off–shore subsidiaries (Brazil, being ideal) Superior communication, project management, and organization skills Complete GAAP knowledge and understanding SOX compliance and audit experience Detail oriented, without the need for others to review your work Expert at Excel and Google Sheets, including advanced experience with spreadsheet data tables and databases, filters, lookups, arrays, pivot tables, goal seeking, charting, scripts and macros Experience managing financial reporting needs for different target users, including financial accounting, tax accounting, consolidated divisional accounting, cost accounting, and managerial accounting Establish and develop relations with senior management and other stakeholders at all levels, including the executive level Experience developing financial plans, business plans, and making strategic recommendations Proactive approach, with an ongoing goal to simplify and streamline process Okay to travel on occasion for days or weeks at a time, to one of our other offices (NY, Florianoópolis, San Francisco) Exceptional English written and verbal communication skills Location, in one of these offices: ArcTouch, 200 5th Ave, New York, NY, USA ArcTouch, 1001 Front Street, San Francisco, CA, USA ArcTouch, Rod.
