Description

Overall Purpose of the Job

A key contributor to the Assistance Digital Group, the Senior Financial Analyst will be responsible for the Financial Planning and Analysis for the Central Business Unit, as well as the associated Finance & Accounting. The Senior Financial Analyst should ensure the timely and accurate submission of financial results for the Division, working closely with the global shared services and local finance teams. A key responsibility will include the management of the Digital Investment and driving improvement in associated processes.

Business Analysis

•Management of the Overall P&L of Assistance Digital;

•Ensure financial reporting is accurate and is submitted within the deadlines set by the Business Line and Group;

•Consolidate information received within Group consolidation system and from local finance teams to analyze variances against budget and previous year;

•Preparation, loading and analysis of Budgets and forecasts;

•Prepare monthly analysis for key management, including full analysis in line with operational data;

•Assist in financial modeling necessary for business development, ROI, as required;

•Ensure compliance to General Affairs Policy and Procedures for the division;

•Ensure compliance of accounting/reporting treatment in line with Group requirements, including treatment for new products;

Process improvements

•Management and compliance of the Investment Management Process;

•Continuously review work processes to ensure efficient workflow;

•Lead or implement new projects as necessary from time to time;

•Responding to and resolving queries from Corporate Finance, Corporate Taxation and other ISOS entities relating to area of control/knowledge;

•Adhoc tasks and projects as requested by CFO or FC;

Required Work Experience

•Experience working in Business Analysis, post–graduation preferred, with strong background in management accounting

•Experience managing conflicting deadlines and priorities;

•Experience of operating within a complex organization with evidence of communicating with a variety of people at different levels;

•Experience in a global/multinational company is desirable but not essential.

Required Qualifications

•Bachelor of Accounting / Management Accounting (preferred)

•Excellent spoken and written English;
