Salesforce.com Admin and Sales Cloud certified required. Advanced admin and Service Cloud certified a plus.

Specific Skills:

Problem Resolution
  • Work to resolve CRM system issues/incidents communicated by the Project team and or Sales and Marketing Business Partners.

  • Lead in creation and integration of new CRM functionality and process improvements

  • Day in the Life:
  • Participate in the team's daily standup meetings to review and discuss yesterday's accomplishments, activities for today, and any blockers. A developer mentions a blocker based on an incomplete user story, assigned to you.
  • Review Chatter posts for updates.
  • Sprint 2 ends this week and you want to ensure this blocker is eliminated. You realize you need to clarify the story with the business user and schedule a meeting for 2 p.m. You review other stories that need grooming.
  • Open integration questions still exist between Salesforce and the customer's order management system, to be completed before Sprint 3 begins. You meet with the IT team and your Tech Architect to review the planned epics and ensure your user stories are complete.
  • Meeting with a project team to discuss project status. You follow up with testers on status of acceptance testing. Listen to feedback and requests and address as needed.
  • Work on design proposal and prototypes of CR's coming up in the next few releases. Write specs for review with IT Architect and post for internal and external review and feedback.
  • Create ppt deck for tomorrow's solution review meeting.
  • The IT sponsor asks you to join her for lunch. You get to know each other and talk informally about the project. You know that building these connections is critical for establishing trust with your partner.
  • After lunch, you sit at your desk to check and respond to emails that require your immediate attention.
  • You meet with the business user, who clarifies their business process and you realize that you need to update the user story to clarify a use case vaguely mentioned in the user story.
  • You look at the upcoming user stories for Sprint 3 and decide that you need to add a few more based on some of your interactions today. As a business user, I want to... so that....
  • You stop by the project manager's desk and discuss the timeline for this sprint, and ensure that your efforts for Sprint 3 are in line with the current project timeline.
  • Work on project mgmt. tasks for another project and time estimates. Assign primary and secondary resources to assessment working sessions and keep all on task.
  • As you get ready to wrap up the day, you check your notes and confirm that you have completed your list of activities. You take time to respond to critical email from your manager, read your Chatter stream for today's highlights and close your laptop.
  • You may be required to backfill for Salesforce Admin duties and level 60 position requirements, based on demand and capacity balancing needs.

  • Job Requirements:
  • Salesforce Admin Certification required; Sales and Service Cloud Certification a plus.
  • BA/BS degree with 10+ years' experience in a technical/business related field
  • Strong Proficiency in MS Word Excel, Access, PowerPoint and Projects applications

    Reporting to the Director, Program Management ? Enterprise Cloud Solutions, you will interface with Program Team members, Sales, Marketing, Campaign Management and Business Center Operations across Philips North America and other business partners to understand Global Healthcare Sales and Services North America business needs.
