Group Financial Controller

This Group financial controller position based in Maidenhead, is a newly created role to assist the financial director in making key business decisions within the new function. Your role will be to ensure that financial records are accurate and the finance function achieves the key objectives set.

Client Details

My client are a global industrial company based in Maidenhead. Due to a recent growth, my client are seeking a Group financial controller to work in partnership with the finance director to ensure key objectives are met.

Description

You will be working very closely with the finance director heading up the group financial reporting function and your duties will include, statutory accounts preparation and filing, quarterly and yearly. Calculating tax for the group entities making use of their tax systems and you will be part of the senior leadership team so will participate in board level meetings from a finance perspective.

Profile

You will be a qualified ACA (ICAEW) accountant with experience working in a technical group reporting role. You will be a progressive candidate that wants to be part of a senior leadership team. You will have tax, group reporting and have worked for a large multinational previously.

A basic salary of £70,000 - £80,000 is on offer, however, this is depending on experience.
