Role Brief:
The ITS team is developing a Scheduling and Resource Management application for the R&D division.
An offshore 3rd party is building the application and we are looking for a Confirmed Business Analyst to translate business requirements into Functional Specs and Use Cases, and oversee the developed solution.
You should enjoy all aspects of capturing business needs and ensuring good quality development.
This is a long term mission with either long extensions of permanent conversion.
Key Tasks:
- Convert business requirements into functional specifications
- Write functional specifications including use cases and screen design
- Write test cases in regards to functional use cases
- Test the intermediate deliveries coming from external company
- Validate the delivery package for a Go in Production.
- Run Conference Room Pilot session: collect feedback evolutions/changes proposals
- Perform User Acceptance Tests
- Follow tickets raised in JIRA system (ticketing system)
