What We Need:

As a Finance Analyst you will serve as a key interface between Finance and the rest of the business. This is a highly visible role where you will be providing financial and operational reporting to key stakeholders that will influence business decisions.

What You Will Do:

  • Drive planning, analysis, coordination and consolidation of the monthly 3rd party external costs and forecast with business partners
  • Provide timely, relevant and accurate monthly reporting & analysis of results against historical, budgeted and forecast data to facilitate decision–making, including operating expenses, headcount forecasts and development costs
  • Research and resolve Business Unit(s) inquiries for assigned functional areas
  • Working with HR to carry out bi–weekly time audits of our employees, ensuring that time is entered fully and to correct projects
  • Assist in month–end closing, prepare journal entries and account reconciliations
  • Responsible for JDE ERP system maintenance, research and resolve systematic issues related to POs for development costs and externals
  • Develop a proficiency in and a business understanding of all of 2K's financial systems and data sources and an understanding and working knowledge of 2K financial processes, accounting principles and internal controls
  • Conduct ad hoc analysis and provide an insightful use of financial analysis techniques, tools, concepts and models, for business partners to support decision making
  • Identify areas for and implement process improvement and automation


Who We Think Will Be A Great Fit:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or a Business related field
  • Minimum of 4–6 years of FP&A or relevant experience
  • Must have extremely strong MS Excel skills
  • Strong experience with ERP/ planning systems (Hyperion/Essbase/JDE preferred)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with flexibility to work across different tasks
  • Strong work ethic with a positive, can–do attitude
