Job Summary

Great opportunity for self starters with experience within both inventory valuation as well as existence. This role will interact cross functionally and be asked to provide actionable analysis.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Analyze Sales, Cost of Sales and SG&A results; perform variance analysis and identify trends.
  • Prepares reports and projections based on variance and trend analysis.
  • Identifies financial status by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts.
  • Recommends actions by analyzing and interpreting data and making comparative analyses; studying proposed changes in methods and materials.
  • Work closely with the accounting team to ensure accurate financial reporting
  • Assist in the development of KPI and Dashboard reports for Sales and Operational areas.
  • Identify and drive process improvements, including the creation of standard and ad–hoc reports, tools, and Excel Dashboards.
  • Analyze financial data and create financial reports for decision support
  • Qualifications

  • Bachelors Degree – Accounting/Finance
  • 1–3 Years Experience
  • Strong Excel Skills
  • Exposure to 3 Statement Financials (Income Statement, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow)
  • Experience with inventory accounting
  • Exposure to revenue accounting
  • Exposure to project planning
  • Ability to effectively manage and analyze large data sets
  • Capability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
  • Ability to effectively communicate financial results to business leadership
  • Querying & SQL understanding a plus
