ASSISTANT ACCOUNT MANAGER

Handle full set of accounts, perform supportive accounting work and oversee the month end closing activities and reports to ensure timely and accurate processing of invoices and payments in accordance with Company policies and procedures.
Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports for informational, auditing and operational purposes.
Ensure accounting records, reports and disclosures comply with local regulations, accounting standards and organizational policies.
Prepare tax computation in compliance with the requirements of local tax authorities.
Supervise and mentor a team of finance and accounting executives.
Perform other duties incidental to the position that may be assigned from time to time.

Job Requirements :

Possess professional accounting qualification - ACCA, CIMA or Degree in Finance/Accounting.
At least 5 years of relevant working experience, preferably in a fast moving manufacturing environment.
Candidates fluent in mandarin preferred as role requires candidate to deal with mandarin speaking clients.
High level of analytical aptitude with the ability to highlight any key issues to the Management team.
Analytical, meticulous and results oriented with good communication & interpersonal skills.
Team player with a strong sense of responsibility and positive working attitude.
Able to work under pressure and willing to undertake challenges.
