As Financial Controller, you will lead the finance function of this busy Dublin City hotel working closely with the General Manager & Senior Management Team.
Responsibilities;
- Preparing, analysing and presenting of monthly financial reports
- Building a top-class finance function that supports the hotel's business plans
- Provide strategic recommendations to the GM and CFO advising on long term business and financial planning
- Managing the processes for financial forecasting and budgets, and overseeing the preparation of all financial reporting
- Prepare year end accounts in conjunction with the GM & CFO
- Project management and contract negotiation in respect of CAPEX projects
- To be responsible for the weekly and monthly payroll and to prepare associated reports
