Accountant (Contract-Dublin 22)

Accountant required for my expanding Dublin 22 client. This company is in a progressive, growth stage and are looking for an ambitious professional for an initial 6 Month period with the view to permanency. The role will ideally suit an individual who is available immediately and the core responsibilities include financial accounting, tax compliance and financial reporting.

Full Time, 6 Month Contract (view to permanency).

Salary: ₠50-60k D.O.E.

Responsibilities:

· Preparation of accounts to trial balance, relevant journal entries and online revenue returns.

· Month end and year end procedures.

· Debtors and creditors ledger to include credit control.

· General financial reporting.

· Daily bank recs.

· Day to day ad hoc accounting duties.

· Payroll.

· Accounts Payable.

· Accounts Receivable.

Candidate Requirements:

· Experienced Qualified or QBE Accountant with good industry knowledge.

· Experience with Sage, ideally.

· Very strong excel and analytical skills.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· Experience of working in a busy environment with tight deadlines.

· Attention to detail with ability to deliver accurate and high-quality work.

· Be a self-starter who is motivated and capable of working on their own initiative.
