The Financial Controller will need to be:
- Somebody who has previously held a similar position. Somebody who has worked as a Financial Controller/ Head of Finance or a Senior Accountant for at least 3 years.
- Qualified Accountant
- Have previous people management skills
- Excellent communicator and negotiator
- An eye for detail
