- Handled the product support mailbox and responded to any queries that contact centre/branches have for the products that are supported by EBOps.

Qualifications
- A good university degree / diploma in Accounting, Finance or equivalent.
- Good analytical and problem solving skills.
- Able to work independently as well as in a team.
