COMPLIANCE OFFICER
We are looking for a compliance officer to keep the legal and ethical integrity of our company intact through policy enforcement and program planning.
PRE-REQUISITE
* Well-groomed, critical thinking individual, with excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* At least three (3) years experience in the field of compliance management.
* Knowledge of business and organizational law.
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
* Ensure all departments of the business are complying with the rules and regulations that the company upholds.
* Development and implementing of risk management strategies and processes necessary for minimizing risk of non-compliance.
* Assessing business and operational risks.
* Conduct audits to ensure adherence to standards.
* Investigation compliance procedures and necessary follow-up action.
* Research and the writing of thorough reports.
QUALIFICATIONS
* A Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or Management Studies.
* Fully Computer literate in Microsoft applications - Word, Excel, Access, Power Point.
* Five (5) years experience in corporate policy auditing.
