- B. Com Accounting degree, Honours and articles (CA(SA))
- Minimum 1 years' working experience post articles
- Experience in consolidations and group reporting
- Experience in group restructuring transactions
- Experience in preparation of group annual financial statements
- Extensive IFRS knowledge
- Annual financial statements
- Audit and tax pack completion and review
- Year-end reporting requirements and deadlines
- Month-end reporting requirements and deadlines
- Assist with budget process
- Dormant entity liquidation process of the entities
- Group loans reconciliations and interest schedules
- Assistance with Audit and Board pack compilations
- Various ad-hoc projects required
- Liaison with external auditors in connection with and coordination of the year-end audit, as well as other audit requirements
- General banking assistance
- Consolidations, review and reporting financial information of all Integrated entities into one reporting format in order for users of the information to make accurate financial business decisions at any given time.
- To attend to any ad-hoc projects and tasks as required by the CFO.
- To attend to any request from Industrial Head Office.
