Procurment Administrator

- Compiling of documentation for tender purposes
- Obtaining quotes from suppliers based on agreed specification
- Renewing and adjudicating price and product specifications from various suppliers
- Compiling and maintaining purchase orders
- Monthly /Weekly site audits of products delivered
- Compiling of valuations and project payment schedules based on claims and invoices received.
- Typing and compiling reports, presentations and correspondence
- Attendance of general meetings (as and when required)
