Our client are an instantly recognisable construction company with Head Offices near Milton Keynes. Due to an exciting period of growth the company are looking to add to their finance function and bring in a finance manager with extensive experience in the construction industry.

Key responsibilities:

- Management of the whole of the sub-contractor ledger
- Accounts Payable
- Accounts Receivable
- Treasury
- Liaising with external sub-contractors
- Overseeing payroll
- Cash-flow forecasting
- Assisting with IR35 Compliance
- Daily management of cash position

This is a role that would suit an experienced Transactional Finance Manager with excellent communication skills and the ability to report key financials to senior stakeholders. The role will involve the management of a small team so previous managerial experience will be essential.

Previous experience of working in a medium / large sized business would be preferred as this is a fast-paced, dynamic working environment where each day will offer a fresh challenge!
