Requirements:
Accounting & Financial Reporting
- Hands on experience in preparation of outsource property,fund accounting for RE funds client.
- Review monthly accounting data for local investment entities to ensure proper accounting treatment and readiness for consolidation
- Prepare financial consolidation in PRC GAAP, IFRS and US GAAP
- Prepare periodic investor reports, fund performance analysis calculation and investors statements
- Responsible for annual audit
- Prepare periodic and ad-hoc analytical reports for the client as needed
- Coordinate with APAC local teams to prepare and collate regional reporting package to head office and to senior management in APAC/Global
Cash Management/Treasury
- Manage processes for opening, operation and closure of bank accounts
- Monitor cash balance regularly and manage cash needs of various entities within investment structure, process transactions related to capital calls, distributions, expenses and internal transfer
- Manage AP process and effect payments/disbursements
- Assist in payment processing including liaison with relevant banks

Requirements:
- Undergraduate degree in Accounting, Finance or similar concentration
- At least 8-10 years accounting and finance experience
- Professional accounting qualification
- Experience with all aspects of RMB Funds & QFLP/QDLP essential. Real Estate Industry exposure and experience a plus.
- Strong working knowledge of PRC GAAP and IFRS, Knowledge of US GAAP is a plus
- Knowledge of Yardi is a plus
- Exposure to treasury, transfer agency, tax and compliance issues and practice
- Strong MS Office skills – Excel, Word, PowerPoint
- Hands-on experience with GL accounting and financial consolidation software
- Strong command of written and spoken English
