Financial Analyst
Job Purpose:
Support preparation of the Monthly Management Accounts for the Rentokil Initial Bahamas and Guyana businesses.
Support the Caribbean Financial Director by providing monthly and ad hoc analyses in the Caribbean & MENAT regions
Administrator and Super User of IFRS 16 software to provide assistance to regional software users.
Principal Accountabilities:
* Preparation of Monthly Management Accounts:
* Provide assistance to local accountants in order to produce a Final Trial Balance to be used for Flash and Monthly Management Accounts
* Preparation/Assistance in Preparation of KPI, Capex, Aged Receivables, Trading Account, FA Register, Stock file etc. to be used in MMA
* Mapping and completion of MMA files, including Balance sheet and Intercompany Balances
* Monthly and Ad Hoc Analysis:
-
Aged Receivables analysis of the Caribbean countries -
DSO Analysis for Trinidad and Barbados -
Portfolio Analysis of the Washrooms businesses in Caribbean Countries -
Maintenance of various google sheets used in collating KPI data, Cash Collection data etc. -
Use of IBM Cognos in producing post submission MENAT & Caribbean Reports
* Administrator and Super User of IFRS 16 software:

Production of some monthly reports on IFRS 16 Leases -
Providing technical assistance to users of the IFRS 16 software in region
Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
* Knowledge of Management Accounting
* Experience in preparing monthly management accounts with supporting analysis within a strict-deadline environment
* Strong fluency with Excel formulas and functions
* Ability to work independently
Other
* Willing to travel as required to fulfil the role.
Qualification
* ACCA or CIMA qualified OR
* Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and currently pursuing ACCA or CIMA
Key Relationships:
* Bahamas & Guyana Finance Managers/Accountants and Operational Managers
* Other Caribbean & MENAT Finance Managers and Operational Managers
