FINANCIAL MANAGER - CA(SA)
Responsible for all aspects of financial management - reporting/ compliance/ procedures/ internal & external reporting and oversee accounting team
may require occasional travel locally but will be infrequent.
- Monitor the day-to-day financial operations
- Oversee, supervise and direct accounting team.
- Establish & implement finance policies, procedures and systems
- Monthly management reporting - quarterly cash flow forecasts
- Annual financial statements complying to JSE Listing Requirements, South African Companies Act, the south African Income Taxation Act etc
- Ensure compliance with all statutory requirements relating to financial control, financial management and accounting.
- Ensure appropriate external audit arrangements are in place and manage the audit process.
Qualified CA(SA) 3 - 4 years post experience within Financial services sector
