Experienced Partner/Director for Accountantcy Practice

Big Ant Group are excited to be working in partnership with a leading independent accountancy firm based in the southwest. My client is in the market for an experienced director or partner to join their accountancy practice and work across one of their offices in Devon & Somerset, supporting a team of almost 300. Opportunities for both equity and fixed share partners are available.

As a new member of the partnership you will be given a manageable client portfolio with a plan to develop this further, with the support of a team working alongside you. Experience of managing teams is essential as this is very much part of the position. The role will have scope to make a significant impact and you will be reporting directly into the Board. Remuneration for the role is broken down by a generous salary, benefits and an equity scheme.

Whilst the range of functional responsibilities of these roles is potentially broad, we are openly engaging with ACCA / ACA qualified candidates who have senior leadership experience either in practice or industry.
