Tax Advisor/ Accountant - ATT, ACCA or CTA qualified

We are currently recruiting for a qualified Tax Advisor - ATT, CTA, ACCA or ACA , to join our legal client's specialist Tax Team in Chichester. The role is based within the tax compliance sub-team, and specialises in UK income tax and capital gains tax, particularly private residence relief, for wealthy individuals, individuals who are not domiciled in the UK, non-resident capital gains tax and Annual Tax on Enveloped Dwellings (ATED).
Reporting into the Tax Manager, you will be involved in a wide variety of Tax matters including:
* Tax return preparation
* Dealing with tax following a death
* Capital Gains Tax Planning
* Inheritance Tax Planning
* Restructuring of affairs following marriage or divorce
* Tax residence advice for immigrants to the UK and emigrants unsure of their tax status
* Using trusts to minimise tax
