Assistant Commercial Accountant

We are looking for a Part - qualified accountant, from an FMCG environment to proactively support all Finance Business Partnering activities within the Commerical Controlling function focusing on Retailer Brands.
Are you ACCA / CIMA / ACA part qualified with experience of commercial activities including estimating and pricing?
Are you able to quickly build strong, partnering relationships with different functions within Businesses?
Can you prepare costings, pricing and P&L schedules to support annual price reviews and tenders?.
This role involves:-
Assisting with individual negotiations with customers where required.
Preparing monthly, quarterly, annual returns to the customer as required.
Preparation of management accounts and balance sheet reconciliations.
Assisting with internal audits from customers (financial and commercial) in order to ensure correct accounting practices and compliance.
Preparing monthly balance sheet reconciliations for the promotional accounts to ensure that these accounts reflect a true and fair picture.
Preparing calculations evaluating the effectiveness of promotions.
Preparing reports and month end schedules for UK and Holding as required.
Actively participating in the preparation and measurement of the budgets / Forecasts and Three Year Plans against actual performance for Commercial areas. Contribute to the overall business budget/ forecast/ three year plan cycle as required.
