A rapidly expanding business based in Chester have a fantastic opportunity available for an Accounts Assistant who is study AAT level 4 and is looking for an opportunity to progress onto CIMA / ACCA.

On a day to day basis your role will involve:
- Accruals and prepayments
- Journals
- Reconciliations
- Raising customer commission statements and invoices
- Ensuring the Sales invoices are posted to the ledger in a timely way.
- Assisting with cash book postings
- Working closely with credit controller
- Reporting directly to the Finance Manager
To apply for the role you must be:
- Studying toward AAT level 4 and be keen to progress on to the next level
- Have excellent attention to detail
- Proactive
- Keen to learn and develop
- Experience in a similar role
- Experience of working with large volume low value transactions
- Experience of multi currency accounts
