Trainee Accountant (Accounting, Accountancy) BLUT89240 High Wycombe Salary £18,000 pa Our award-winning client serves the construction industry by providing commercial workspace solutions through innovative design and superior installations of drywall, glazed and solid office partitioning. They now have an excellent opportunity available for a Trainee Accountant to join them at their head office to provide support and assistance with regards to the financial / management accounts for all companies within the Group. This is a varied role which includes, carrying out the coding, posting and scanning of nominal invoices. Analysing and processing central supply invoices and completing the daily printing of invoices sent by e-mail. You will be involved in supporting the monthly analysis of Committed Costs information and the deletion of old items, you will reconcile inter-company recharge control accounts for all Group companies once a month and submit sales invoice requests to the Sales and Credit Team as necessary. Daily posting of bank statements and weekly reconciliation of the bank balance, processing bank transfers and importing payments for approval. You will also take responsibility of managing the Group's Fuel Card facility and maintain the central petty cash. With this in mind, they are looking for individuals with good organisational skills, and the ability to work on their own initiative as well as part of a team. Reliable, organised and able to meet deadlines, you will hold a minimum of 4 GCSE passes at grade C or above, including English and Mathematics, together with an interest in accountancy.
