Payroll Finance Officer
ABOUT THE JOB
The Financial Transactions function is responsible for Payroll, Accounts Payable/Purchasing, Accounts Receivable and Banking Services; is responsible for payments in excess of £1billion annually and provision of supporting information, both internally and externally.
The successful candidate will assist the Senior Manager of Accounting and Control Services with the reporting and control of all payroll-related financial information and the reconciliation of all payroll-related financial transactions.
Ownership of all payroll-related General Ledger uploads and reconciliations of all payroll control accounts.
Responsible for providing guidance and support on all Payroll Accounting, reporting and control matters, organisation-wide and to external stakeholders.
You will be educated to degree level (or equivalent) with significant experience in a similar environment or where no formal qualifications exist, an extended period of proven administrative and technical capabilities.
This full time post is permanent and requires Standard Recruitment Vetting. You will work 35 hours per week, Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm.
