A well established business with a reputation for staff retention are recruiting a Purchase Ledger Clerk to join their team.

Description

As a Purchase Ledger Clerk, you will report into the Finance Manager, responsible for assisting with the efficient management of purchase invoices.

Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: processing a high volume of purchase invoices; responding to and resolving queries; payment runs; payment reconciliations.

Profile

The successful candidate will:

  • Have previous knowledge of working in an AP function - Essential
  • Have excellent verbal and written communication skills - Essential
  • Have strong IT skills, particularly MS Excel - Essential
