Finance Process (Tower) Lead

Robert Half are currently working with a commercial real estate services and investment firm. The company is the largest of its kind in the world and operates more than 450 offices worldwide and has clients in more than 100 countries. The organisation offers a broad range of integrated services, including facilities, transaction and project management; property management; investment management; appraisal and valuation; property leasing; strategic consulting; property sales; mortgage services and development services.

Due to continuous growth and new projects, they are currently looking to recruit a Finance Process (Tower) Lead. As part of the role, you will perform impact analysis of proposed changes to direct the project team regarding the scope of activities to deliver the change i.e. data mapping, testing, training etc. You will also be the owner for recommending and supporting the prioritisation of process/ systems or control changes to the Design Authority governance board for approval. You will be required to lead project deliverables regarding data cleanse, data migration, CoA and key mappings, reporting through the definition of success criteria, providing policy/ guidance and signing-off.

Salary Expectations and Requirements: £80k- The ideal candidate will be a qualified accountant or have an accounting background and possess extensive R2R experience along with a large finance transformation background. An understanding of Dynamics AX or Microsoft 365 is desirable but not a prerequisite.
