Private Equity/ Real Estate / Hedge Fund Accountants and Account Managers

Key responsibilities

Full end-to-end fund administration from client onboarding to fund accounting and reporting
Prepare fund's periodic Net Asset Value calculations and year-end financial statements, management of the audit, and reviewing other fund related reports
Prepare and review Fund’s accounts and records
Taking care of the day-to-day operations of the funds and following up with third parties, including investors and fund managers
Perform AML checks for investors
Implement FATCA and CRS programme to ensure client funds' compliance with regulatory requirements
Liaise with auditors, including preparation of financial statements and audit support schedule
Senior Account Manager is required to lead a team of 5 - 7 junior team members.
Participation in ad hoc projects

Key requirements:

Minimum 5 years’ experience in alternative investments, preferably in private equity and/ orhedge fund accounting
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
Tax accountancy experience will be an advantage
Strong communication and client servicing skills
Good understanding of investment products, performance fee calculations, fund structures etc
Team player with the ability to meet tight deadlines and work under pressure
