Paris based bank are seeking a Senior Business Analyst to work alongside Front Office COO and Risk teams on a range of valuation issues with a focus on:
More specifically, the senior business analyst is expected to take up one or several of the following tasks:

The ideal profile will be a former trader with an excellent financial product knowledge and strong communication skills.
- Observability, asset levelling, D1 P&L and D1 reserves
- IPV (Independent Product Valuation)
More specifically, the senior business analyst is expected to take up one or several of the following tasks:
- Design and document methodologies proposals for the practical implementation of newly introduced observability / levelling principles
- Document Front Office marking methodologies and procedures (in close cooperation with Trading)
- Draft observability memos for specific trades or categories of products.
Key skills:
- Financial instruments and their valuation
- Experience in designing or adapting business processes and related IS impacts
- Knowledge of Front Office activities within a Global Markets department of a CIB (all asset classes)
- Detail oriented with a positive attitude
- French / English communication skills
