1. Process mandatory and voluntary corporate action events for Singapore and Foreign markets
2. Resolve Corporate Action cash breaks for Singapore and Foreign markets
3. Ensure no disruptions in daily business as usual in terms of accuracy and timeliness in meeting Service Level Indicator as established with Business
4. Attend to internal and external customers' queries received from internal Business Units
5. Adhere to documented procedures, control guidelines and compliance framework
6. Support Section Head to streamline processes, document user requirements and perform user acceptance testing
7. Update Management statistics for Management reporting on monthly basis/adhoc basis
8. Ensure that discrepancies/exceptions, if any, are immediately reported to Section Head and ensure prompt and effective resolution
9. Handle queries from internal stakeholders and external counterparties
10. Participate in industry business continuity plan exercise
11. Handle adhoc assignments/projects/initiatives as assigned
Qualifications
Positive attitude Effective communication skills Eye for details and meticulous Pro-active with the ability to work independently and also a strong team player are essential attributes Proficient in Microsoft Office applications Candidates from securities/brokerage back office experience are added advantages
