GLRC, User Project Manager (1 Year Contract)

Job Description

Be part of the AML Project Team
Work as a User Project Manager to deliver business defined project scope
Ensure project activities and milestones are managed on time, within scope and cost
Be overall user lead - user go-to person for any project related matters
Coordinate and follow up user related activities within project (e.g. User Requirement, FSD preparation, UAT)
Provide regular project status update to management
Working with the different divisions within the Bank to ensure user activities are delivered
Manage change requests or issues derived either during or post project implementation

Qualifications

Job Requirement

Project management experience and knowledge
Proven experience of at least 6 to 8 years in IT or business project work (preferably in the financial services industry)
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Good written and verbal communication and presentation skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and tight deadlines, and switch between tasks quickly
Strong stakeholder management skills
Meticulous attention to detail
Proficiency with computer and software packages including but not limited to: Microsoft Office (such as Project, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
