Description:

- Progressive market leading group based near Alberton urgently require a newly qualified and Dynamic Finance professional to join a busy Accounts team .
- You will report the Divisional Finance Director and work closely with a large Finance department and external Auditors to ensure effective controls, processes and information systems are in place to provide accurate and meaningful information to senior management

Specific responsibilities will include :

- Financial & Statutory Accounting
- Improving and developing existing processes systems and procedures to enhance quality of information
- Month end closure and Financial accounts preparation ,reporting and analysis
- Balance sheet Reconciliations
- Fixed Assets
- VAT returns
- Corporation Tax
- Effective Cash management reporting monitoring and forecasting
- Intracompany transactions
- Statutory accounting and compliance in accordance with company policy and latest legislation
- Act as a focal point for Audit queries and working closely with the external auditors
- Manage the year end statutory accounting process for 3 entities including tax reporting
