Your new company
Based in Renfrewshire, our client is recruiting for an Assistant Accountant to join their team on a permanent, part-time basis. The role is 25 hours per week and there is flexibility in respect of when these hours are worked. The organisation can be accessed by public transport and there is also on-site parking.
Your new role
Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will undertake a range of responsibilities. Your duties will include but are not limited to; reconciliations, posting journals, payment runs, credit control, handling invoice queries, updating client and supplier details and general month end tasks.
What you'll need to succeed
You must have experience in a similarly diverse finance role. Working as part of a small and successful team, you should be a proven team player who is able to work from their own initiative also. Client and supplier liaison is a key element of the role and you must have excellent verbal and written communicative ability.
