This role requires independent work effort under the general direction of Facilities Finance management, providing financial support and business management leadership to the GBS Facilities. Financial management of Facilities sites. Coordinate with site's Facilities Leadership team member to help manage / control cost to meet yearly financial targets. This includes cost budgeting, actuals reporting, cost audits, labor and over–time reporting, PRISM Project setups, PREQ's (starting Purchase Order request), monthly ZGPost and other duties as assigned. Complete project set up in APEX and PRISM when needed and backup the Facilities PRISM Team. Supports the Facilities Capital Coordinator and is responsible for working closely with Facilities Finance to manage the assets in facilities throughout the region. Support completion of the initial AR set up as well as serving as the Capital PRISM coordinator that sets up the WBS structure as well as the Project setup for all Regional Capital projects. Support the Regional Occupancy Finance Manager with financial data related to its Occupancy Pool. This includes Forecast reporting to Functional Management, and space utilization reporting needed for the monthly space allocations and all budgeting or ad hoc requests. Provide project management support for complex, high value, projects by utilizing detailed analysis of all available budgets and cost data, developing Estimates at Completion (EACs), forecasts, and executing day to day financial management tasks. Reporting cycles will be weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annually Provide cost reduction ideas and project support plus leadership based on personal expertise and experience Run and Maintain complex common reports developed for Facilities Leadership and site management Required Skills: 4 years of applicable experience of working Experience in an independent role tasked to develop, update, and status financial and performance metrics and analysis driven reports Experience in the use of Microsoft Operating Systems and all Microsoft Office tools, with particular emphasis on Microsoft Excel Ability to self–manage, prioritize and work within deadlines in a dynamic environment Desired Skills: Ability to work alone and on teams in a results oriented environment to develop solutions for complex problems that will gain desired outcomes Experience in a business management or finance role in a company environment Ability or prior experience providing leadership to financial and functional personnel in a fast paced environment that included multiple working organizations. The confidence and courage to effectively lead, present, and participate in large and small meetings and status sessions Experience in turning customer requests into proposals or responses Strong analytical, critical thinking, problem solving and decision making skills Strong skills with SAP, Excel, BW APEX EV and Rplan Required Education: Undergraduate degree in the field of Business, Finance, Management, Economics, Math or applicable field and 4 or more years of directly applicable experience Desired Education: MBA specializing in Finance, Business Management, or Project Management US Citizenship Required: This position requires access to systems/tools that are restricted to individuals who possess US citizenship
The chosen candidate will provide financial guidance to GBS Facilities Leadership, and other stakeholders, by providing financial analysis, including manpower planning, compliance, EAC development, tool management, and project management. The candidate will also support the continued evolution of common systems and reporting for GBS Facilities. The ability to be self–sufficient as well as operating in a team environment will be fundamental to success in this role and will help maximize the value to the organization.
