We are seeking a candidate with a strong technical foundation, but who's passion is to add commercial and strategic value. Someone to develop and lead a small be excellent team. This business will hit exciting levels of growth within two years.
You will have primary responsibility for the day-to-day finance and accounting operations of the Group and for interaction with the business. This will include responsibility for accounting, reporting, budgeting, banking, payroll, expenses and tax compliance.As the senior person in the Cardiff Head Office, coordinating the day-to-day management of the support functions to ensure an efficient and seamless service for the business.'Go to' person for finance queries from the business including participation in operational meetings e.g. vendor management, supply chain management, bid defence meetingsCoordination and preparation of annual budget and re-forecasts, including negotiation with department heads.
Professional accounting qualification (ACA/ACCA/ACMA)
A minimum of 5 years post-qualified experience
Educated to degree level
A growing SME within easy access of the M4
Salary & Benefits
To £65,000 plus a generous bonus, generous pension and on site parking.
The salary range/rates of pay is dependent upon your experience, qualifications or training.
