The Payroll specialist would be in charge of the following responsibilities:

- Process payroll related information from multiple sources, such as People Soft, Local HR, Corporate HR etc
- Assure computation of pay is according to company policy and in accordance with government regulations and tax legislation
- Review payroll audit reports, team members input, and payroll register to ensure accuracy
- Receive direction on completing creating and entering journal entries
- Interpret company policies and government regulations affecting payroll procedures
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive material and information
- Respond to employee inquiries and requests regarding payroll matters
- Assist in special projects as assigned by Management
- In conjunction with your line Manager, monitor and feedback on the performance of the payroll provider
- Reporting internally through KPI's, and externally through ad hoc reports requested by customers

Education and/or Experience:
- High School graduate, equivalent or above
- Payroll qualifications such as IPASS or CIPP will be an advantage
- Minimum of 3-5 years' experience in a similar role in a Multinational payroll environment
- Fluent English. Any additional language will be an advantage.
