The Payroll specialist would be in charge of the following responsibilities:
  • Process payroll related information from multiple sources, such as People Soft, Local HR, Corporate HR etc
  • Assure computation of pay is according to company policy and in accordance with government regulations and tax legislation
  • Review payroll audit reports, team members input, and payroll register to ensure accuracy
  • Receive direction on completing creating and entering journal entries
  • Interpret company policies and government regulations affecting payroll procedures
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive material and information
  • Respond to employee inquiries and requests regarding payroll matters
  • Assist in special projects as assigned by Management
  • In conjunction with your line Manager, monitor and feedback on the performance of the payroll provider
  • Reporting internally through KPI's, and externally through ad hoc reports requested by customers

Education and/or Experience:
  • High School graduate, equivalent or above
  • Payroll qualifications such as IPASS or CIPP will be an advantage
  • Minimum of 3-5 years' experience in a similar role in a Multinational payroll environment
  • Fluent English. Any additional language will be an advantage.

This is a 12 Month Fixed Term Contract.
