As a finance business analyst within the Business Performance Management team, you are the finance business partner of our integrated stores. You provide financial business advice and support them proactively and reactively, in order to steer the business, facilitate grounded decision making and optimize the financial performance of our core business. You act as a subject-matter expert for specific finance topics & KPI's (i.e. sales and shrink). You prepare and present relevant data and analysis in order to make results measurable and provide business with timely and reliable information. You support them in achieving their targets and decision making. You establish and manage the budget and forecast, in order to ensure a growth-proof, stable, dynamic and cost-efficient performance of the stores.
