Ensure stock in good standing order
All relevant documentation received - COC'S etc.
Ensure all cardex's up to date - weight, product, stock
GRN to correspond with stock on system / received.
Daily counts
Completion of Excel spreadsheets
All docs in order for Audit's
One person will be of assistance to Cardex Clark
Daily critical (stock) counts and to follow through with pastel qty's on hand
Daily pastel / stock on hand movements - (control of difference and correction to be done daily)
Monthly stock takes - variance report to be sorted out on pastel / manual counts
Control over overruns for work away
Control over expire stock - supplier correspondence if shelf life can be extended.
Full function to ensure we do not have expired stock on hand / spreadsheets to be completed - weekly reports
Assist in stock rotation (FIFO)
Understanding of manufacturing process and BOM in Pastel
Control / full function of depo's
f/u[ on manual worksheet and over / underrun journals for processing.
