Maintain and equip client growth and engagement through continuous support and guidance

- Establish productive, professional and enabling relationships with clients to manage and enhance the value of all stakeholders
- Provide credible and appropriate expertise and advice to clients with the purpose to enable client growth and retention
- Provide ongoing support to clients to facilitate growth and embedding of the engagement strategy
- Ensure the holistic Financial Wellness Framework is embedded with the client
- Pursue productivity and drive the achievement of growth and engagement targets to increase new business and the acquisition of new engaged clients.
- Create and identify business opportunities for our practice in line with our financial wellness philosophy
- Partner with the relevant stakeholders to identify opportunities on how to grow and enhance the value of the practice
- Conduct client financial needs analysis in order to create a customised financial plan to achieve clients' financial goals
- Engage with prospective clients in order to highlight the features and benefits of various products based on their financial wellness needs in order to support and guide their decision making process
- Accurately capture client information, relevant actions and sales on the systems
- Accurately complete all administrative and regulatory reporting requirements within agreed timeframes

Engage with practices in a client centric manner; improving client growth, engagement and retention

- Be the brand ambassador for the Momentum Financial Planning
- Be independent and objective in establishing and meeting the clients' needs as well as building a strong brand for the network and having a strong/ trust relationship with the clients
- Actively engage in the marketing of products and solutions to meet clients' financial wellness needs.
- Analyse reports to identify opportunities where client engagement status can be enhanced and formulate action plans to execute
- Assist our franchises to unlock value in their practices by ensuring that each client has a financial plan and budget, and furthermore fulfils on the client value proposition
- Ensure day to day engagements with clients to ensure that all queries are answered and resolved
- Foster, through engagement, long-term relationships with clients
- Network across various platforms to establish and build new business
- Formulating and proposing, through client assessment and engagement tailored financial solutions for clients, incorporating the rewards platform (Multiply) as a value add to the client
- Analyse and identify client needs and offer suitable financial solutions.
- Offer an excellent client experience and frequent engagement with clients
- Participate and contribute to a culture which builds sustainable relationships, facilitates feedback and provides exceptional client service

- Manage financial and other company resources under your control with due respect
- Adhere to business and industry rules and regulations
- Understand and possess knowledge of Franchise: advice, engagement and product support
- Understand and knowledge of the products and solutions
- Generalist - Risk, Savings & Investments and Short Term;
- Specialist support - Health & Employee Benefits; Retirement and Estate Planning
- Provide advice, product and engagement support / service to clients
- Ensure proficiency on all solutions and products
- Successful implementation and continuous review in line with regulatory requirement

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

- Post matric qualification
- Knowledge of insurance, investment, risk or health management related products
- Recognized diploma/degree (sales, marketing or related field) will be an advantage
- A Post Graduate Diploma in Financial Planning and a Certified Financial Planner Designation would be highly advantageous Required FAIS Accreditation (Regulatory Examination RE 5)
- NQF 5 (120 Credits)
- Financial Advisor experience with a proven track record in successfully dealing with clients and or franchises

MINIMUM EXPERIENCE

- At least 3- 5 career related experience
- A valid driver's license with own transport
- A willingness to travel
- Own laptop
- No adverse listings in accordance with FSB fit and proper regulations
