Michael Page are partnering with a business in Leeds to source a Group Financial Accountant.
Client Details
The business are PE backed and operate within Financial Services across Europe.
They are growing by acquisition, expanding into new markets and becoming a leader in their field.
Description
A position has become available within the Group Finance team working closely with the Group Finance Manager to manage Group consolidations, statutory financial statements and support on acquisitions.
Due to the acquisitive nature of the business you will be involved in pre/post acquisitions, being involved in Bond raises, post-acquisition integration, and business wide process improvements
Profile
You must have trained in an Accountancy Practice and ideally have experience of working within Audit.
Due to the fast paced and dynamic nature of the business, you must be a strong business partner who can identify risk and opportunity and communicate this to stakeholders in and out of Finance. This is a challenging role which will give the right candidate lots of commercial exposure.
