Our client is a leading Investment Management firm with a strong Global presence and footprint across the Asia Pacific region. We are seeking to hire an Accountant / Internal Auditor to join the operations team in Singapore.
This is a client-facing role that will give the Accountant / Internal Auditor exposure to working with many internal and external stakeholders as part of the deal process, as such we are looking for professionals who would thrive in an international environment. An entrepreneurial mindset and ability to think outside the box are keen aspects of this role and you must demonstrate a willingness to be flexible and develop the role as the business develops.
We are looking for Accountant / Internal Auditor's who are keen to develop their skill set into an Operations Analyst role supporting the fund portfolio - training and development will be provided for candidates with genuine interest to grow into this space.

Key Roles and Responsibilities of the Accountant / Internal Auditor:
- Standard accounting / internal audit activities
- Handle all operational matters proving advice and technical support to investment teams
- Support business development and sales teams, working across various products and potential new business opportunities
- Support fund and investment structures, funding and deal flow to enhance the group's portfolio
- Drive business strategy through Operational effectiveness and advancement to ensure long term business performance
- Support global business strategies and support global projects
Requirements of the Accountant / Internal Auditor:
- 3 plus years experience in Operations/accounting/ Internal Audit or financial services ideally from a Big four, investment / banking or financial institution
- Strong quantitative background/understanding with strong analytical and numerical skills
- Good understanding and working knowledge of general operational processes and policies
- Strong data management and knowledge, some coding language would be an advantage
- Excellent stakeholder management, a keen eye for detail and a strategic mindset with business acumen
