AccountantJob Responsibility

  • ï,· Accounting of revenue and expenses in accounting software
  • ï,· Recording provisions and prepaid expenses and advance income
  • Ensuring timely payment to creditors and receipts from debtors
  • Preparation of Bank reconciliation statements
  • Payment of statutory dues - TDS, profession tax, GST, MLWF, Advance Tax etc
  • Filing of TDS and GST returns
  • Preparation of foreign outward remittance documents
  • Handling petty cash
  • Liaising with Bankers on banking related work
  • Assisting internal team during Audits and providing support wherever required.
  • Knowledge of Tally
  • Knowledge of any TDS & GST software
  • Knowledge of Income Tax, GST, Service Tax etc.
  • MS Excel (advanced)
  • Accounting Operational knowledge
