Job Description and Qualifications Job Description 1. Identify GAAP difference adjustment requirement, propose on accounting treatments which need local book adjustment, and ensure all relevant adjustments are done on time and properly, ensure local accounting book compliance. 2. Ensure local statutory audit is completed on time with min adjustments, work with statutory auditors, Corporate tax and Tax compliance service provider to align with the schedule and monitor the progress. 3. Support on various government audits (i.e. tax, SAFE, customs, etc.) and projects (M&A, entity dissolution, etc.) 4. Assist managers on high risk identification, and work on process improvement to improve efficiency and ensure job aids keep updated. 5.Advise on local book accounting treatments and implication when there's special transactions and M&A cases, discuss with statutory auditors to get alignments. 6.Support for big M&A projects and key activities when assigned Qualification Professional Experience and Education Bachelor degree or above with at least 6-8 years working experiences in multi-national company or auditing firm; Knowledge Requirements 1. A thorough understanding of CAS (Chinese Accounting Standard), with public accountant certificate preferred. Some knowledge of tax. IFRS (International Financial Reporting Standard) and US GAAP knowledge is plus. 2. Knowledgeable on internal process control / improvement and problem solving 3. Good command software skills including Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint, etc.). 4. Solid experience on SAP, system implementation experience is a plus.
