This is a newly created role which sits within a global, investment firm. You will be specifically responsible for the Property Investment Fund.

My client is a large, global organisation operating within the Financial Services sector.
Description
Reporting to the Senior Fund Manager, you will be responsible for the following;
- Updating of financial information on Yardi
- Reconciliation of bank accounts
- Raising charges and invoices
- Posting receipts
- Managing direct debit receipts
- Understanding of purchase ledger and credit control activities
- Adding new properties
- Client reporting
- Rent transfers
- Deposit accounting
Profile
To be successful in this role you will have ideally worked in a similar position before - preferable within the Real Estate Investment sector. Ideally you will be immediately available to interview and commence in this role and have previous experience with Yardi.
