Finance Manager (FRR Reporting)

Responsibilities:

Handle daily accounting functions duties including book keeping, monthlymanagement accounts, full sets of account
Prepare SFC FRR reporting
Prepare annual budgets and forecasts
Prepare and review reporting duties–financial reporting, internal reports forcompany
Develop and maintain internal controls for both financial and operational aspects
Ensure internal controls are proper and sufficient to maintain all levels ofcompliance, continuously review and improve where necessary
Provide professional financial and tax planning advice to management
Liaise with external auditors, bankers, legal, compliance, transfer agents andcustodians
Perform ad hoc projects as required

Requirements:

Bachelor degree in Accounting or related discipline
Minimum of 5 years related working experience in securities and asset management firms
Knowledge in SFC Liquid Capital calculation and FRR Return is required
Qualified Accountant of ACCA/HKICPA would be advantage
Profound knowledge of SFC regulations, SFO and HKEx regulations
Good numerical and analytical skills with high level of accuracy
Proficient with online accounting software
Fluent in spoke English and Putonghua
Immediate available is preferable
