- Liaise with external fund administrator to review the fund accounting and SPV accounting
- Prepare financial reports and capital accounts for LP investors, capital calls and distributions, review and analyse financial results
- Collaborate with different offices and teams e.g. investment, investor relations teams on finance, reporting, cash-flow, portfolio’s performance matters etc
- Prepare management reporting for the firm and treasury management e.g. cash position, payments
- Prepare and review investor reporting
- Work with external parties e.g. auditors for yearly audit and tax issues
- Assist in ad-hoc tasks when needed
Key requirements
- At least 4 years of Accounting/Finance experience with Private Equity Fund exposure, candidates can be coming from buyside, big 4 audit accounting firm, fund administration/services
- Private equity fund exposure is preferred
- Bachelor degree in Accounting or Qualified Accountant
- All-rounded, diligent, stable, adaptability to work in a small office environment
- Good communication skills and team player, self-motivated and positive work attitude
